We may have your answer under our Business Terms for Orders. Generally our orders are sent out by Royal Mail, second class. All prints, mugs and placemats are classed as `small parcels` due to their size. They do not require a signature. However, all limited edition hand embellished artworks and painted editions will be sent out by a Tracked Postage, and will require a signature, so you can see where it is on its way to you and we know that you have received your order.

Shipping as a gift?

You can choose a different shipping address from your billing address at the checkout. Please put the lovely recipient's name in the first line of the address and we will do the rest!

Want to add a gift message?....fill out the contact form and reference your order number, and we will be more than happy to include a personal message, so they know who it is from :-)

Card Payments

On the PayPal website page. You can either log-in to your PayPal account....if you don't have one, you will see underneath the `Log In` box. The option to pay `By Card` - click on the link and please enter your card details here, as you would on any secure platform.

You can always call our Art Gallery during opening times, if you prefer to order this way, and can pay over the phone (UK residents only)

International Shipping

We can post our Art Prints to Ireland, the Isles, Europe, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada. Please contact us directly via our Contact Form. Each Country has its own oversea shipping costs to get your artwork to you. So we will need to assess each case individually, and then we can advise you of the overall cost once we know where it is going and the size of the parcel required. Payment would be made via sending it to us via PayPal. So, you would need a PayPal account to make an international payment.
